We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as cold calling, social media management, and leveraging recruiting platforms to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
